Description

Kevin Franklin, President of Randolph County Economic Development Corporation will address the RCA. He joined the Randolph County Economic Development Corporation in 2013, rising to President in 2019. In his role, he is responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s strategic vision, overseeing operations, leading staff, building community partnerships, and promoting Randolph County as a premier destination for manufacturing and industry. A career highlight was helping bring Toyota Battery Manufacturing to Randolph County—a transformative project which promises lasting regional impact.
